Autumn is peaking at us and brings with it a message of ripening, harvest and abundance. By sharing different culinary offerings, you learn not only about new foods but delve into their history and their context, emphasizing interesting points of intersection between cultures.
Togetherness, coziness and unity are always shared when dumplings or mantı are served and eaten around the table.
It reminds Nil of her mom and my brother, where we used to gather around a table and roll out the dough every Sunday.
